Reuben Cheese Ball

8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 c. shredded sauerkraut, drained well (squeeze about half-dry)
1/2 t. dry mustard
1-2 T. mayonnaise
1 can corned beef, chopped, warmed, drained (on paper towels) and cooled

Blend all ingredients (use a fork to mix together..not mixer..weird texture!). Form into ball and put in refrigerator to set up. Roll in fresh chopped parsley or chopped pecans.
Serve on party rye bread.
